Unless the doctors participate in your insurance carrier's network of physicians, medical services are charged directly to the patient, not to the insurance company.

Fee information will be provided upon request. We ask that fees and copayments be made at the time of the visit. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Master, Discover, and debit cards, as well as checks and cash payments.

The statement you receive upon leaving the office may be attached to an insurance form and mailed to your medical insurance carrier. We will be glad to assist you with filing insurance forms to help you receive reimbursement as quickly as possible, and we will file for you if we participate in your insurance plan. Please be aware that no medical insurance policy covers everything. There are always out-of-pocket costs: deductibles, copayments, and limitations or exclusions of reimbursement. Since each insurance carrier's policies and fee schedules differ, unless we participate in your plan, our compensation cannot be dependent upon the payment you receive from your insurance carrier.

If you are experiencing extreme financial hardship, we will work with you to arrange a payment schedule; please advise us of such circumstances in advance of seeing the doctor.
