Telephone Calls
A doctor is available for emergencies at any time, 24 hours a day, weekdays, weekends, and holidays. A telephone answering service picks up calls when the office is not open and emergency messages are immediately conveyed to the doctor. If urgent care is needed, please go directly to North Shore University Hospital or the closest hospital emergency room. The doctors return telephone calls as time becomes available during the day or at the end of office hours.
The doctors' secretaries have been asked to gather as much information as possible about your call so that the doctors can answer questions completely.
